The structure is ran by the Michel family. Luciano is very active in Florence's touristic and hotel scene, so when he decides to leave his COO duties of a 4 star hotel in order to become a small entrepreneur, by acquiring a one star hotel-residence, his wife Susan leaves teaching, enthusiastically accompanying him in their new professional adventure.
Their son Alessandro, after brilliantly achieving a languages degree at the University of Glasgow, prefers to help his parents in their second effort, after selling their first hotel, beginning with them to manage the Bellevue House, located on the third floor of Palazzo Riblet. Their minor son Riccardo has been working abroad for many years for an important air travel company, but he never wastes the occasion to help out every time he comes back home. Riccardo, even though he's not busy on a daily level as his brother is, is however a full-time partner of the family-based company managing both the Bellevue House and the new Palazzo Ribet Epoch Residence, situated on the first floor of the aforementioned historical palace.
